Consumer Rights Day is a nationwide roadshow run regularly by the Consumer Protection team. It brings together speakers from a broad range of organisations to present to community advisers who  have clients with  consumer-related complaints.

Attendees can build on their existing understanding of consumer rights law, find out where to direct clients for help with complex problems and speak directly to representatives from the organisations presenting on the day.
